fit4ever-online is the dedicated client management, trial lesson booking, and customer relationship platform for Wav-E EMS Studios Huizen.
The application serves the following core functions:
- Trial Lesson Booking & Information Inquiries: Enables prospective clients to request free trial lessons and information regarding EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) fitness sessions.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Provides studio coaches with a secure interface to manage appointments, schedule 15-minute training sessions, and track client onboarding.
- Email Synchronization: Automatically reads and processes incoming lead notification emails submitted via web forms into the studio CRM system.
3. Requested Google OAuth Scopes
To deliver automated lead processing, fit4ever-online requests the following Google API scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify
Justification: This scope is strictly used to identify, read, label, and archive incoming lead inquiry emails sent to the studio inbox (wavestudioshuizen@gmail.com). It allows the CRM to automatically parse lead details (name, phone number, requested appointment time) so coaches can follow up promptly.
4. Google API Limited Use Policy Disclosure
Compliance Statement:
"fit4ever-online's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
- Data received from Google APIs is used exclusively for internal client management and lead processing.
